Common Questions
Do I have to register?
No, and sports photos have no registration at all. Every student and athlete is photographed. For school photos, registering means you hear the moment the photos are online, and it is the only way to get that message if we do not already have your email from the school.
My school code stopped working.
School codes look like ABC2627 (letters for the school, then the year) and are only for signing up for notifications before picture day; they stop working three days before. Your child's own code is a random mix like CFFG2EQ2. After picture day, use Find my photos above: pick your school and we will look up your child's own code.
The flyer never made it home.
No problem. Pick your school or league above, choose "Find my child's code," and enter the details the way the school has them. If nothing matches, leave your email and a person will find it.
When will the photos be online?
School photos are usually ready about a week after picture day, sports photos within a few days. Log in with your code as soon as you have it and the gallery will email you the moment they are ready.
Is there a deadline to order?
Yes. Most galleries offer free shipping for the first few days and early-order pricing for a few weeks, with the dates shown at the top of your gallery. Galleries may be archived after the season.
