Common Questions
I didn't get an email, how do I find my photos?
If your school opted out of email delivery, or if your email bounced, you can still find your photos! Use the "Find Your Access Code" tool above to search the roster. If you need a manual human check, use the "Request Help" button inside the search tool.
My access code doesn't work.
Double-check that you're entering the code exactly as shown, without any trailing spaces. Codes are case-sensitive. Pay close attention to the letter "O" vs the number "0". If you continue having trouble, try searching for your child's code again to verify you have the correct spelling.
Is there a deadline to order?
Yes! Most galleries offer a free shipping period with the deadline clearly visible at the top of your gallery. All orders ship directly to your home. Once the free shipping deadline passes, standard home shipping rates will apply. Please note that galleries may be securely archived after 30 days.
