For Parents
How do I find my child’s photos?
Check your email for a gallery link from 207 Photo, we send it within days of picture day. Visit pictureday.207photo.com and enter your access code. Check spam if you don’t see it, then contact us.
How long do I have to order?
Galleries are open 30 days after going live, then permanently deleted. Order in the first two weeks for the best price, prices increase 20% after the initial launch period. Free shipping on orders of $30+.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on orders of $30 or more. Everything ships directly to your home via USPS. Nothing comes home in a backpack.
Can I order just digital images?
Yes. Digital packages include a full print release, print anywhere, any size. See Products & Packages for pricing.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
We make it right, always. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll fix it at no charge.
For Schools
Is there a cost to the school?
No. Our service is completely free to the school. Families pay for their photos online, the school pays nothing, ever.
What does the school need to provide?
About 3 weeks before: a class list (CSV or Excel, including staff). About 2 weeks before: forward our parent email template to families. That’s it, we handle everything else.
Do you offer retake days?
Yes, retake days are included at no extra charge for every school we work with.
What yearbook file formats do you deliver?
Whatever your yearbook vendor requires. Just share the specs and we’ll deliver files formatted and organized correctly.
For Leagues
How does scheduling work?
Very flexibly. We can photograph all teams in a single day, spread sessions across the season, or whatever works best. Just reach out and we’ll plan it together.
Can we get custom backgrounds?
Yes, custom-branded green screen backgrounds are included for every league at no extra charge. We use your logo, colors, or a fully custom design.
Do coaches get free photos?
Yes, complimentary coach photos are included with every league picture day at no extra cost.
